As all items are custom made to order, no returns are accepted and there will be no refunds. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately and we will resolve any issue that may present itself. If an item is damaged or not as described, please contact us for a replacement item.



All Major Credit/Debit cards accepted. Sorry, no COD or Personal Checks. Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed. 


Shipping and Tracking

Most orders are received, processed, created, and sent for shipping within three (3) business days. Shipping is processed via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please contact us for custom orders. Based on your order and requirements we will outline processing and delivery times at time of payment. Rushed orders are available. 

Changes to Terms
